Known for his ethical, pragmatic and professional approach, Lawrence strives to provide a balance of diligence and tenacity, with a cooperative negotiating style, in providing advice to domestic and foreign clients on a wide variety of matters.

As part of his General Management responsibilities at Disney, Lawrence was the head of business and legal affairs (supervising an in-house staff of attorneys and outside counsel) for the international film division, which consisted of 28 foreign subsidiaries, 11 joint ventures and distribution arrangements in more than 100 countries. In addition, he was directly involved in start-ups, government relations, strategic planning, administration, operations, and corporate-wide efforts to expand the Studio's market access in China, Russia and India.

Because of the complexity of this multi-national organization, Lawrence was called upon to make more than 150 international business trips. Today, he continues to enjoy professional ties with executives and lawyers who can provide local advice and perspective across the globe.
